Your recovery is the goal.
Physio First Physiotherapy is an out-patient clinic opened with a vision and aim to provide the best comprehensive treatment and the highest quality of care in Surrey. This focus is evident from how we designed our clinic, to our modern equipment, and to the effective hands-on approach of our therapists. Your improvement and ultimate recovery is and will always remain our goal.
What we do.
Our physiotherapists use the most appropriate and up to date techniques including manual therapy, soft tissue manipulation, dry needling and condition based exercise prescription. That is coupled with guided specific rehabilitation to educate, retrain, activate and strengthen the particular areas of your body, so you can alleviate your symptoms, reach the goals you came in with and prevent the injury coming back.
Hands-on care

Physiotherapy
A rehabilitative specialty that uses hands-on movements and mechanical force to heal injuries and restore functional mobility. We start with a thorough assessment of your injury or condition, then recommend a programme of treatment customized to your unique needs.

Manual therapy
Skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue. It improves tissue extensibility, increases range of motion, induces relaxation, and reduces soft tissue swelling, inflammation or restriction.

Registered massage therapy
Through a variety of techniques our registered massage therapist provides specialized treatments that increase range of motion, strengthen muscle imbalances and relieve chronic pain, stress and tension.
Advanced treatment

Post surgical rehabilitation
The success of your surgery does not finish the moment you leave the surgical room. You will require exercise progression to fully regain your strength, flexibility and function, and we are happy to assist you through it.
Spinal decompression
Stretching the spine on a traction table to relieve back or leg pain and promote an optimal healing environment for bulging, degenerating or herniated discs, by creating negative intradiscal pressure.
Laser therapy
Laser therapy sends billions of photons of light directly into the affected area. Your body absorbs that light at cellular level and transforms it into chemical energy used to repair tissue damage.
Getting started
Less to sort out first.
Direct billing
We offer direct billing for most insurance companies. Where online direct billing is not available you pay up front and we give you a receipt to submit to your extended health provider for reimbursement. Bring your benefits card with the policy number and member ID.
Book an appointmentNo referral needed
No referral is necessary to take part in physiotherapy treatment. If you are on an ICBC claim or a work related claim you will need one from your doctor, and some extended health plans ask for one before they reimburse.
Book an appointmentICBC, WCB and MSP
If you have extended health benefits, were injured in an automobile accident, or have a claim under WSBC, your treatment will likely be paid for. MSP funded physiotherapy is available to families on premium assistance, and seniors and children get a discounted private rate.
Book an appointmentAppointments every day
We are here from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, so treatment can fit around work rather than the other way round.

The staff are polite, respectful, and welcoming. Physiotherapist Megha Sharma is highly knowledgeable and experienced, and her treatment played a key role in helping me recover from my injury. Jagbinder is also a very professional massage therapist who provides excellent care. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic.
Physio First Physiotherapy Clinic is, without a doubt, the best physiotherapy clinic in town! From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
Megha Sharma is an outstanding physiotherapist. She is extremely knowledgeable and has an incredible understanding of the human body, muscles, and movement. She quickly identified the root cause of my pain and treated my very stiff back, thigh, and calf muscles, which were causing pain in my groin. The results were excellent.
